Jinja Malnutrition Crisis Project
Uganda-TBD

About the Project
A Thousand Ways is preparing to bring a dedicated medical team to Jinja, Uganda — a vibrant city on the banks of the Nile, where access to consistent, quality healthcare remains a critical challenge for many families and communities. As one of Uganda's most populous regions, Jinja faces persistent health disparities that demand both immediate intervention and long-term solutions.
What We Will Do
Our team will deliver malnutrition screenings, medical therapies, and community health education to underserved families in and around Jinja. By working alongside local healthcare providers and community leaders, we aim to address urgent health needs while building the local capacity needed for lasting impact.
Our Goal
We want this to be more than a short-term mission. Our goal is to strengthen local health infrastructure so that communities in Jinja can continue protecting their most vulnerable members long after our team returns home. Every contribution brings us closer to that vision.
Join the Mission
We invite you to be part of this journey. Whether you join us in the field or support us from afar, your involvement makes a real difference — one community, one family, one life at a time.
